• CV assessment and optimisation, and Career questionnaire
• Airline criteria and how you can match it
• Psychometric and Interview Practice
• On the day preparation

This program consists of

• Real Interview experience based on Aircraft technical, ATPL subjects
• Mastering the technique of precise and concise answering
• Feedback using Video Analysis of your performance
• Group Interview exercises and training with fellow pilots

This is a 3-part process:

• Build familiarity with Airline psychometric tests
• Increase awareness of how you match the airlines criteria
• Practice airline, aircraft and competency questions and answers
